Prehistomuseum in Flemalle found an excellent cleaning partner in Cleaning Masters

“It all starts with mutual trust”

Patricia Limbioul - Préhistomuseum à Flémalle - témoignage sur le nettoyage de Cleaning Masters (Multi Masters Group)

Patricia Limbioul has been heading the operational department of the Prehistomuseum in Flemalle for two years. For three decades, the museum has been part of this green setting and, since 2016, our cleaning division Cleaning Masters has been maintaining the buildings. “We are based in Flemalle, at the foot of the Ramioul cave, near one of the Multi Masters Group offices,” says Patricia. In this interview, she takes a look at working with Cleaning Masters and how satisfied she is with her choice of Multi Masters Group.

Back in time

In 30 years, the Prehistomuseum has welcomed 1 million visitors at the Ramioul forest in Flemalle. Patricia goes back in time. “A lot of things have evolved over all these years. It was founded as a modest museum by ‘Les Chercheurs de Wallonie’, at the foot of the Ramioul cave. In this cave, skeletons of Neanderthal children were found. That is why the museum was established here,” she says.

Visitors can take part in different adventures (barefoot trail, prehistoric hunting,…), see archaeological objects and participate in workshops (fire making, pottery,…). The museum employs some 40 people and is open 7 days a week. “We close only 4 days a year. All other days we are open. That also means cleaning every day.”

A shared mission

Like Multi Masters Group, the Prehistomuseum focuses on sustainability. “We have more than 300 solar panels to power our entire site. Our archaeological pieces must always be preserved in the right circumstances,” explains Patricia. “We sort our waste and in terms of maintenance we are very strict and precise. But we have Cleaning Masters for that. They use environmentally friendly products, which we really appreciate.”

With Cleaning Masters, we have a partner we can really count on, 7 days a week, all year round.”

Patricia speaks nothing but praise for working with Multi Masters Group. “First of all, we chose them because they are our neighbours (laughs). But from the very first contact, they were very responsive. We are especially pleased with our contact person Francesca. She is a gem of a woman, who acts very professionally. She calls me regularly to ask how things are going and if we are satisfied with the works the cleaning masters are doing.”

Discipline and discretion

The museum owes the successful partnership to Cleaning Masters’ reliable staff. “Everything starts from that trust. The cleaning masters are discreet and always start their working day on time. They work early in the morning, even before the first visitors arrive. If we ask anything, they always respond quickly and that’s how we stay satisfied.”

“Working with a partner like Multi Masters Group feels comfortable for us.”

“They always work with the same people, who know our museum well by now. Cleaning Masters rarely changes its staff, only if there really is no other way. And every employee is equally loyal. We know them and they know us,” says Patricia. Even during holidays, the museum can count on Cleaning Masters’ help.

Even during the corona pandemic, the team was there for them. “Some rooms had to be cleaned or disinfected several times a day. That always ran very smoothly. An external partner costs a bit more money, but it is definitely worth it. If someone falls ill or can’t come, Multi Masters Group takes care of it itself. That way, we don’t have to worry about this.”

A valued customer

Cleaning Masters regularly invites customers to an extra-curricular activity. “It’s an opportunity to get to know each other in a different way. That’s how I came to be invited to the Théâtre de Liège. That was an atmospheric evening,” concludes Patricia.
